Have you moved since the last time you voted?

If you have moved or changed your last name you can download the voter registration form, fill it out and mail it to 1 Hamilton County Square, Suite 13, Noblesville, IN 46060.

Paper Forms Available

You can get hard copies of  Voter Registration Forms at the following locations:

  • Voter Registration Office, lower level, Hamilton County Government and Judicial Center from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday.
  • Any License Branch
  • Any City or Town Clerk-Treasurer’s office
  • Any public assistance office (such as the Division of Family and Children)
